You can easily solve the 0xc00000139 error problem while install Brave Browser. Simply follow the bellow instructions.
1. Uninstall all Brave versions from Control Panel
2. Remove BraveSoftware folder from C:Program Files (x86)BraveSoftware
3. Remove BraveSoftware from AppDataLocalBraveSoftware
4. Go into “Registry Editor” and Open the two keys below:
> HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareBraveSoftware
> HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREWOW6432NodeBraveSoftware
5. Finally, delete BraveSoftware folder from both keys
